Henry Herig Music

Henry is a professionally managed musician and private lessons Instructor based in East Lansing, MI. He has worked with hundreds of students of all ages and backgrounds both privately as well as with the local public schools to teach a variety of instruments and skills. He is classically trained in cello as well as toured nationally with multiple rock/punk/folk projects. Henry has developed an easy to follow process that meets each student where they are and helps them set goals to develop their own skills at their own pace in a supportive and encouraging environment. Whether it is one lesson a month or three lessons a week, Henry is devoted to helping every student achieve their goals and reach higher than they originally thought possible. He believes that everyone can sing, play guitar, record a hit record or learn to play their favorite songs around a campfire if provided the right set of skills and guidance. In 2024 he launched his own studio in hopes of creating a community dedicated to building up musicians at every level.
